Are you US-based?+
Yes — AI Makers LLC is registered in New Mexico. The work itself is remote-first: discovery, weekly demos and deployment run over video and shared screens, demos land in your morning, and site visits are scheduled per project. Several of our clients have never met us in person and don't feel they need to.
Can you sign a BAA / SOC 2 attestation?+
Yes for BAAs, on a per-project basis. Full SOC 2 attestation is for our managed-cloud product (noraclawd.com); for custom builds we deploy into YOUR SOC 2-compliant environment so the attestation is yours.
Do you handle PHI / PII / payment data?+
Yes. We design with the right controls — least-privilege access, encryption, audit logs, isolated test data — and we don't train models on your data. The architecture spec we sign off in week 1 spells out exactly what data flows where.
How do you handle IP and code ownership?+
You own everything. The code we ship is your code. OpenClaw is open source. Frontier models are provider-agnostic. No vendor lock-in, no exit fees.
