Are you registered in Australia?+
No. AI Makers LLC is a US company registered in New Mexico, and I serve clients across Australia remotely, from Sydney and Melbourne through to Perth. Sydney buyers usually prefer it: direct access to the developer, no agency layer, decisions made the same day. Site visits to the CBD, Parramatta or the Hunter are arranged per project.
Do you meet Privacy Act obligations?+
Yes. I sign a data-processing agreement before any data moves, build to the Australian Privacy Principles, list every sub-processor, and never train a model on your data without written permission. The notifiable data breach process is documented for each project.
Can you produce CPS 230 material for our bank or super fund?+
Yes. You get the service-provider register entry, the contract clauses, audit trails, third-party risk notes and a continuity plan that has been tested rather than described. Clients pass the architecture document to their risk committee, so I write it for that reader from the start.
How do you handle the time difference from Thailand?+
It works in your favour. I build through the Sydney night and demo in your AEST morning. Between demos everything runs async: written progress and a working link, not a calendar of status calls.
