Are you registered in Singapore?+
No — we operate from Curaçao (Caribbean) and the Netherlands, working with SG clients remotely. Most clients prefer this — direct access to the developer, no agency overhead, faster decisions. Site visits to Singapore are scheduled per project. Several SG clients have never met us in person.
Are you PDPA-compliant?+
Yes. We sign DPAs, document sub-processors, design data flows for lawful processing, and don't train models on your data without explicit, written consent. Breach-notification process is documented per project.
Can you align with MAS TRM for our fintech use case?+
Yes. We design with TRM in mind — outsourcing risk assessment, audit trails, third-party risk, security testing. Some clients ship the architecture spec to MAS as part of their notification; we write it expecting that.
