Where are you based?+
AI Makers is registered as Expert Systems BV / Dynaf, with operations in Curaçao (a Dutch territory in the Caribbean) and team in the Netherlands. Most client work runs over video — Friday demos, weekly calls, async written updates. Site visits to Amsterdam / Rotterdam / wider EU are scheduled per project.
Are you GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. We sign DPAs, document sub-processors, design with privacy by default, and architect data flows for lawful processing. We don't train any model on your data without explicit, documented consent.
How does the EU AI Act affect us?+
Most business-AI use cases are minimal- or limited-risk. We classify your use case during scope and apply the right controls — transparency notices, human-in-the-loop where mandated, training data documentation, performance evaluation. If your use case is high-risk we'll tell you up-front and scope accordingly.
Can the AI be multilingual?+
Yes. Frontier models handle 30+ languages well. We test against real customer messages in each language you need — not lab translations. Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Greek, Czech all common.
Can you invoice in EUR or GBP?+
Yes. EUR or GBP, with reverse-charge for EU B2B clients holding a VAT number. UK clients invoiced under reverse-charge / standard VAT depending on goods/services rules.
