Where are you based?+
AI Makers LLC is a US-registered entity. We work remote-first with EU clients — Friday demos, weekly calls, async written updates. Site visits to Amsterdam / Rotterdam / wider EU are scheduled per project.
Are you GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. We sign DPAs, document sub-processors, design with privacy by default, and architect data flows for lawful processing. We don't train any model on your data without explicit, documented consent.
How does the EU AI Act affect us?+
Most business-AI use cases are minimal- or limited-risk. We classify your use case during scope and apply the right controls — transparency notices, human-in-the-loop where mandated, training data documentation, performance evaluation. If your use case is high-risk we'll tell you up-front and scope accordingly.
Can the AI be multilingual?+
