Are you registered in Malaysia?+
No — we operate from Curaçao and the Netherlands, working with MY clients remotely. Most clients prefer this — direct access to the developer, no agency overhead. Site visits to KL / Penang are scheduled per project. Several MY clients have never met us in person.
Are you PDPA-compliant?+
Yes. We sign DPAs, design with PDPA principles in mind, document sub-processors, and don't train models on your data without explicit, written consent.
Can you support Shariah-compliant workflows?+
Yes — we have shipped Murabaha contract analysis and Takaful document automation for Gulf clients and the same patterns apply for Malaysian Islamic finance. We design AI workflows around Shariah-board sign-off rather than asking the AI to make Shariah determinations directly.
