Are you registered in Hong Kong?+
No — we operate from Curaçao and the Netherlands, working with HK clients remotely. Most clients prefer this — direct access to the developer, no agency overhead. Site visits to HK are scheduled per project.
Are you PDPO-compliant?+
Yes. We sign DPAs, design with the six Data Protection Principles in mind, document sub-processors, and don't train models on your data without explicit, written consent.
Can you align with HKMA TM-G-1 for our bank?+
Yes. We design with TM-G-1 in mind — outsourcing notification, audit trails, third-party risk, security testing. Some clients submit the architecture spec to HKMA as part of their notification; we write it expecting that.
Can the AI handle Cantonese + Mandarin + English?+
Yes. Modern frontier models handle written Chinese (traditional + simplified) very well, and Cantonese in writing is largely the same as Mandarin in writing. For voice, we test against real samples — Cantonese spoken handling has improved a lot in the last 18 months.
