No — AI Makers LLC is a US company (New Mexico), working with AU clients remotely. Most AU clients prefer this: direct access to the developer, no agency overhead, faster decisions. Friday demos run in AEST / AWST so the work happens across your overnight and you wake up to written progress. Site visits to Sydney / Melbourne / Perth are scheduled per project.
Are you Privacy Act-compliant?+
Yes. We sign DPAs, design with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind, document sub-processors, and don't train models on your data without explicit, written consent. Notifiable Data Breach scheme process is documented per project.
Can you align with APRA CPS 230 for our super fund / bank?+
