Our services are business-to-business and are not directed at children. a. Contact and Lead Form Submissions: - When you complete a contact or quote form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and message. b. On-Site AI Chatbot: - Our website includes an AI chatbot. The conversations you have with it may be stored so we can provide, monitor, and improve the service. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. c. Analytics and Advertising Data: - We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. This includes information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source. d. Server and Hosting Logs: - Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and requested URLs, for security and reliability.

We keep lead and contact data for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Chatbot conversation logs are retained to operate the service and improve its quality. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your Rights).

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Data is stored on Google Firebase and Firestore infrastructure, and we rely on industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to safeguard your information.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You can also object to or restrict certain processing and request a copy of your data in a commonly used format.
