Right-to-left layout, Arabic input and Arabic output are designed in from the start. Customer-facing agents are tested against your real messages, including Gulf dialect, before anyone outside the company talks to them.
PDPL from day one
The Personal Data Protection Law, enforced by SDAIA, decides what an agent may see, where it may sit and how long it may keep it. That gets settled in discovery and written into the architecture.
In-Kingdom hosting
Run inside your own infrastructure in Jeddah, in a cloud region inside the Kingdom, or in my managed cloud. Sensitive workloads stay in-Kingdom while lighter ones can run elsewhere.

Are you registered in Saudi Arabia?+
No. AI Makers LLC is a US company working remotely with KSA clients, and I serve clients across the Kingdom. You deal with the developer building your system, not an account manager, and visits to Jeddah are arranged per project when a build needs them.
Do you build custom ML models as well as agents?+
Yes, and they are different jobs. An agent handles language, tools and workflow. A custom ML model predicts on your own numbers: container dwell time, seasonal demand, stock cover, equipment failure. I tell you plainly when your data is not yet enough to train one.
Can the AI work in Arabic for pilgrims and customers?+
Yes. Customer-facing systems are bilingual by default, and for Hajj and Umrah work I add the other languages your guests actually arrive speaking. Everything is tested on real message history rather than sample sentences.
Where does the data live?+
Your choice, decided in discovery against your PDPL exposure: inside your own servers in Jeddah, a cloud region inside the Kingdom, or my managed cloud. I sign a data-processing agreement, document every sub-processor, and never train models on your data without written permission.
How is a Jeddah project priced?+
Scope drives it: a single agent or document workflow is a smaller build than a multi-team platform with custom models and internal tools. Fixed price for the agreed scope, quoted after a short scoping chat with me. The written quote spells out what's in and what's out, and you own the code. Once agreed, the number does not move.
