Do you work in German or English?+
Delivery is in English — specs, demos, calls, documentation. Most German SMB and Mittelstand teams we work with are comfortable with that. Customer-facing AI is built in German, English or both, tested against your real customer messages, not lab translations.
Can our data stay in Germany?+
Yes. We deploy on German cloud regions (AWS Frankfurt, Azure Germany, GCP Frankfurt) or fully on-premise on your own hardware. Where the use case allows, self-hosted models mean nothing leaves your infrastructure at all. You choose the boundary during scope.
Are you DSGVO-compliant?+
Yes. We sign an AVV (data-processing agreement), document sub-processors, design with privacy by default, and never train models on your data without explicit written consent. Documentation is written so your Datenschutzbeauftragter can review it directly.
How does the EU AI Act affect our project?+
Most business-AI use cases are minimal- or limited-risk. We classify yours during scope and apply the right controls — transparency notices, human-in-the-loop where mandated, training-data documentation. If your use case is high-risk we tell you up-front and scope accordingly.
